Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
