Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
