Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Summit Quarry Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Richmond focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
