Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Field Auto Group is a Jacksonville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
