Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
