Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
