Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
