Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Farms is an agricultural business based around Fresno. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
