Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Knoxville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
