Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Nova Pine Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
