Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Lumen Clear Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around El Paso, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
