Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
