Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Press produces print and digital publications in Oakland, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
