Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
