Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Silverline Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Charleston with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
