Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Silverline Wilder Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
