Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
