Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Honolulu. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
