Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
