Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
