Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
