Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Cedar Rowan Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
