Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
