Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
