Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tulsa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
