Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Jackson, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
