Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Lumen Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Madison, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
