Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Union Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
