Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
