Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Silverline Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
