Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Stone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
