Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Maple Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
