Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
