Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
