Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Denver plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
