Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
