Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Freight and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
