Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Granite Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
