Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
