Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Rochester region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
