Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Nova Maple Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
