Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Corner Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
