Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
