Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Pine Press is a printer and publisher in Portland serving local and national clients, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
