Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
