Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
