Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
