Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
