Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Ashton Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Orlando, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
