Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate North Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
